When melting candles stick to these few rules to make the most out of your candle!
When lilting your candle allow it to make a full melt pool. Meaning the wax has fully melted from one side of the candle to the other! When burning your candle for the first time can take about three hours. Every time you use your candle you should allow it to make a full melt pool, this ensures the candle doesn't begin to tunnel which can shorten the life of your candle dramatically.
Wick maintenance is key for perfect burning. Trim the wick to between 5-6mm before each burn. This ensures it will burn evenly!
When burning your candle only use it until it creates a full melt pool. Once a melt pool is created blow out your candle. Burning a candle for more than 3 hours at a time will shorten the life of your candle as it will make the vessel too hot causing the candle to melt quicker!
Carefully take the candle out of its box and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
Use a lighter or match to light the wick at the centre of the candle.
Allow the candle to burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the jar for an even burn.
Gently blow out the flame when you're done and relight whenever you're ready to enjoy it again.

This is a lovely candle. Burns well. The smell is really pleasant and fills the room. I find it to be quite a clean smell and not too sickly like some gingerbread smells. Customer service Helen was extremely helpful with a small issue I had over another candle that I ordered. The matter was solved within 24 hours, excellent customer service & nice candles well done everyone.
Smells amazing, my daughter thought I was baking gingerbread it smells so good. I have always brought from the same soy candle maker as I could never find another that could smell as good but they happened to be sold out of the Christmas line so gave Devon Wick Candle co a try, glad I did they smell just as good and on the plus side a little bit bigger. Also very quick delivery and service. Will definitely be buying again.
Fave candies, fur being so small they burn and burn, great scent throw too…. But please go back to old stickers! The new ones take up the WHOLE candle nearly, so you no longer get that gorgeous amber glow
Wow! This is probably the most scented candle I have ever purchased! It's not over powering either, it's exactly spot on for smell. I will definitely be purchasing again!
