Our orders are usually shipped same day if placed before 1pm, and next day if placed after. We send all of our orders via Royal Mail 48 Tracked for Standard delivery, or if you upgrade then Royal Mail 24 Tracked or DPD Next Day.

Instructions

Step 1: Snap it!
First things first, you need to snap off a piece of your wax melt. Depending on the size of your wax warmer and the strength of the fragrance, one or two squares should suffice.

Step 2: Melt it!
Now it's time to get melting. Place your wax melt segment into the dish of your wax warmer. If you're using an electric wax warmer, turn it on and let it work its magic. If you're using a tealight wax burner, light a tealight underneath and let the flame melt the wax. We recommend using a 40w electric wax warmer or a tealight wax burner with 4 hour tealight for best results. Never use an 8 hour tealight.

Step 3: Enjoy it!
Once your wax melt is melted, sit back, relax and let the fragrance fill the room. The intensity of the fragrance will depend on your room size, the temperature of the room and the amount of wax used. For best results, always close your windows in the room you are burning the wax.

Step 4: Change it!
One of the great things about wax melts is the ease to change between scents. Once you've finished with one scent, simply dispose of the melted wax by soaking it up with cotton balls/pads and then switch it up with a new scent.

Some important things to keep in mind when using wax melts:
Check the packaging for allergen advice.

Keep wax melts away from children.

Do not use wipes and/or cleaning chemicals/products to clean the burner.

Do not use metal or sharp objects to clean out wax as this may crack or damage the burner or cause injury.

Do not use a melter for longer than 4 hours at a time as this will cause stress on the melter.

And that's it! Using wax melts is as easy as snap, melt, and enjoy. We recommend using two squares at a time for 12-18 hours of fragrance bliss. Happy melting!

1st ever order...

I have been using wax melts for a few years now and have tried so many companies/ brands. I usually get bored quickly because the scents aren't as strong and any scent there is just doesn't seem to last after 2 burns. My mum came across Devon Wick and couldn't stop talking about how impressed she was, so of course I had to try for myself! I wasn't expecting much because I had been fooled by so many others before. How wrong was I!!! They are fantastic melts! From the offset the packaging looks and feels really special, so they would make a lovely gift too. The scents of each bar are delicate but strong, in the sense that for probably the first time - for me - I could clearly smell what they were called without being overwhelmed. Once they were in the burner, just 2 little pieces as suggested, the game changed! The fragrance can really be noticed around the house, the rooms that each burner is in (one in the kitchen, Livingroom and hallway ) smell wonderful - again without being overpowering! I use the 3h tea lights and I can honestly say that the fragrance was like brand new for 4 candles!! 12h burning! The 5th candle the scent was definitely there but not as "fresh", for me personally. I am hooked - line and sinker! so far I have tried Fresh Dots and Rhubarb Patch and to say I am impressed is an understatement! The mystery snap bars are a fantastic way to try a variety without spending a fortune, especially good if there is a fragrance you don't like. The only "critique" would be that two snap bars are the same fragrance - which is completely fine by me - but if there were too many of the same fragrance then it may defeat the purpose of the mystery pack?
All in all you got me! I already can't wait to buy more and Devon Wick is now my one stop for wax melts

Good so far

I've only tried 3 scents so far ,Peony & Blush,Stress relief and my personal favourite so far Snow Pixie.All the scents last for ages and smell really nice ,strong enough but not overpowering .We used to always use wax bought from the supermarket but they smell good for about an hour so I'll definitely be placing another order once my stocks get low.

How to use our Wax Melts

We recommend using 2 cubes of our Snap Bars. Simply snap off 2 cubes and place it into your wax melter and the scent will be released. Once the scent is gone, replace with another.
