Delete your Devon Wick account

You can delete your Devon Wick account, and the personal data linked to it, at any time. This applies to the Devon Wick app (on iPhone and Android) and to devonwick.com, which share the same account.

In the app

Open the Devon Wick app, go to Account, then Settings, and tap Delete account. You are signed out straight away, and we ask our store platform, Shopify, to erase your personal data.

Without the app

Email help@devonwick.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm by email within one month.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses are removed from your customer account and from your past orders. Your marketing profile is deleted too, so you will receive no more emails, texts or app notifications from us.

What we keep

A record of what was sold and when, without your personal details, for as long as the law requires it for tax and accounting (usually six years).

How long it takes

There is a short waiting period after your request. If you ordered recently, erasure waits until returns and refunds for that order are no longer needed, which can be up to six months.

If you only want to stop marketing, you don't need to delete your account: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to a text, or turn off notifications in the app (Account, Settings).
