From our warehouse to your home, we keep the interest of the planet in mind. We aim to celebrate and actively protect the earth everyday of the year, not just on the 22nd of April. Here are some of the largest ways we practice sustainability and eco-consciousness when making your favourite fragrances.
1. The Wax We Use
All of our wax melts and candles are hand-poured with love.
Unlike many competing companies (especially the popular franchises) who use paraffin wax, a.k.a. petroleum waste, we use 100% soy wax. This not only burns cleaner, but it is made from the sustainable resource of soybeans -instead of fossil fuels.
Soy wax is not only a cleaner melt, but it holds the fragrance and lasts longer so you get the most out of your scents.
Soy is better for the environment and for YOU.

Our Methods of Shipping and Packaging
We think about the environment in every step of production, but especially when it comes to our packaging.
We ship all our products in 100% biodegradable cardboard and use it for a number of our product containers (Reed Diffusers, Wax Tubs, boxes, etc).
Have you also noticed the matte look of all our stickers and tape?
This isn't just to achieve our great minimalist look, the vinyl used on most labels, stickers, and tape will create "plastic flakes" which will pollute our eco- systems. The labeling / tape we use is only made from paper, making it also completely recyclable and better for the planet.
As for our packing peanuts? They keep your fragile items safe while also being 100% compostable. These peanuts are made from potato starch and will dissolve in water in seconds. They are non-toxic, making them basically “a flavourless Whatsits” (although we don’t recommend eating).

The best kind of glitter: BIO GLITTER
We only use biodegradable glitter in our melts. It's actually made of film from trees, primarily eucalyptus, and is sourced from environmentally responsible plantations. The glitter many of our competitors use is made from a combination of aluminium and plastic. Those microplastics are extremely hazardous to ecosystems.
We truly believe our glitter sparkles even brighter when we know it’s safe for the planet.
Lastly, all of our wax products are vegan and cruelty-free. We are constantly striving to do our part to keep our environment clean and protected, but we know there is always room to do more.
